Favorite day of the week?
Tuesdays and Saturdays. Because those two are the farmer’s market days in Rotterdam, the Netherlands where I currently reside.
It used to be mango all the way. Until I tried figs. But still, do I really have to choose one??
Mushrooms! (Do they count as a vegetable?) Or maybe, sweet potato? Spaghetti squash! Capers! Or jackfruit! Gahh again, do I really have to choose one?
Favorite activity other than cooking?
I like walking and I do yoga whenever I need to find some inner peas 😉
