Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayo (115 grams) I used my homemade oil-free vegan mayo but feel free to use store-bought
  • 1 Tablespoon sambal oelek you can add more if you like things spicy
  • juice from half a lime (about 2 to 3 teaspoons)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients until they're evenly mixed. And that's it!
