1teaspoonbutterfly pea powdersifted
2Tablespoonshot water
¾cupplant-based milk of choice(180 ml)
Optional Add-Ins
½ to 1cupice cubesif serving cold
1teaspoonagave or maple syrupfor a little sweetness
½teaspoonvanilla extractfor added punch
Instructions
Sift and whisk the powder: Sift the butterfly pea powder into a cup, to prevent clumps. Whisk it with hot water until smooth, using either a whisk, fork, or frother.

Prepare the milk or ice (depending whether you want it served warm or cold).For a warm latte: Warm the plant-based milk on the stove or in the microwave. For a cold latte: Skip warming the milk and instead, add the ice cubes to your glass.
¾ cup plant-based milk of choice, ½ to 1 cup ice cubes
Pour the milk into your cup/glass, followed by the blue mixture. Stir to combine.
Add extras (optional): Mix in sweetener and vanilla if desired. Enjoy your blue latte!
