In a small jar or bowl, combine all the dry ingredients (rolled oats, matcha powder, and chia seeds) together. Stir until they are evenly mixed.
1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder, 2 teaspoons chia seeds
Add the plant-based milk and the maple syrup. Mix well. Taste test and see if you would like more maple syrup.

Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
