Cut your red bell pepper into 4-6 large strips. Roast in the oven at 430℉ (220℃) for 20 minutes until they are tender and charred in some spots.For an easy hack to cut bell peppers, refer to the pictures above.

In the meantime, microplane, grate, or finely mince your garlic.
1 clove garlic
Once the red bell peppers have cooled down to the touch and no longer release steam, add all the ingredients to a small blender. Blend for 15-20 seconds until smooth. Enjoy!
