How to Make Cranberry Mayo

If you don’t like garlic, feel free to skip the garlic!
Top Tips
- Taste and adjust. For a sweeter sauce, add a touch more cranberry; for more savory creaminess, use a bit more mayo.
- Let the sauce sit in the fridge for about 15 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld better.
- Want to jazz up this cranberry aioli? Try adding a bit of Dijon mustard for some tang, or orange juice for that classic orange-cranberry pairing!
Serving Suggestions (What Do You Eat Aioli With)
Use this cranberry aioli as a spread for your post-Thanksgiving (vegan) turkey sandwiches, or at any time of the year. I think it’ll be great to substitute the cream cheese in this avocado sandwich!
This cranberry mayo spread is also great as a dip for sweet potato fries, adobo fries, or any type of fries. They are also great to drizzle on top of bowls like my rainbow poke bowl.
Lastly, try pairing this with simple sushi like this cucumber roll or avocado inari roll!
Storage and Meal Prep Instructions
Store cranberry mayonnaise in an air-tight container in the fridge for 3-7 days, depending on the freshness of your cranberry sauce and mayo. Homemade cranberry sauce and mayo tend to go bad quicker than store-bought ones due to added preservatives.
Be aware that mayonnaise usually does not freeze well so please refrain from doing so.
