  • Mayonnaise: Our creamy sauce base. Make your own oil-free vegan mayo in just 3 minutes, or use your store-bought mayo!
  • Cranberry Sauce: Use any cranberry sauce of choice, whether it’s whole, jellied, or even homemade. This one is a great recipe to use up those leftover cranberry sauce from Thanksgiving!
  • Garlic: Essential in any aioli recipes, although feel free to skip if you’re not a fan!

How to Make Cranberry Mayo

Mix all ingredients (mayonnaise, cranberry, and garlic powder) until smooth. Serve as a bread spread, dip, or topping. This cranberry aioli is perfect for post-Thanksgiving treats!

If you don’t like garlic, feel free to skip the garlic!

  • Taste and adjust. For a sweeter sauce, add a touch more cranberry; for more savory creaminess, use a bit more mayo.
  • Let the sauce sit in the fridge for about 15 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld better.

This cranberry mayo spread is also great as a dip for sweet potato fries, adobo fries, or any type of fries. They are also great to drizzle on top of bowls like my rainbow poke bowl.

Lastly, try pairing this with simple sushi like this cucumber roll or avocado inari roll!

Storage and Meal Prep Instructions

Store cranberry mayonnaise in an air-tight container in the fridge for 3-7 days, depending on the freshness of your cranberry sauce and mayo. Homemade cranberry sauce and mayo tend to go bad quicker than store-bought ones due to added preservatives.

Be aware that mayonnaise usually does not freeze well so please refrain from doing so.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons mayonnaise I used my vegan mayo but feel free to use any other mayo!
  • 4 Tablespoons cranberry sauce either whole of jellied
  • â…› teaspoon garlic powder or sub with 1/2 clove garlic, very finely minced or microplaned
