Serving Size 8 Tablespoons

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise (115 grams) I used my no-oil vegan mayonnaise but feel free to use store-bought ones
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika powder see notes below for substitutions
  • lemon juice from half a lemon (about 2-3 teaspoons)

Instructions

  • Whisk or combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, and you're done! It's that easy! 😉

Notes

Notes
  • Smoked Paprika Powder
    • You can sub with regular paprika powder (the same as sweet paprika powder), noting that you will not get a smoky flavor that way
    • Another tip you can try is to add a bit of liquid smoke for that smoky aroma.
  • Storage & Meal Prep
    • Keep any leftovers refrigerated in an airtight container for up to a week.
