7ozcanned ripe jackfruit, drained and sliced(200 grams), optional; see notes below

Instructions
Lay out one spring roll wrapper, with the corners pointing towards the top, bottom, left, and right (in a diamond shape; refer to the picture above).
16 spring roll wrappers
Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon onto the middle of the spring roll wrapper.
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Coat one banana strip with the cinnamon, then place is in the middle of the wrapper.
4 medium bananas
If using, add some jackfruit on top of the banana.
7 oz canned ripe jackfruit, drained and sliced
Fold the left and right sides of the wrapper in, then fold the bottom part of the wrapper up (refer to the pictures above).
Roll to get one banana spring roll. Then smear the top part of the spring roll with a bit more cinnamon, to give it a bit more color.Then repeat to make the remaining spring rolls.
Air fry at 200°C (390℉) for 12 minutes, or pan fry until golden brown on all sides.
Enjoy as is! Or if you'd like more sweetness, serve with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of maple syrup or caramel sauce.

Notes
You want ripe jackfruit which looks bright yellow in color and tastes sweet. This is different from unripe jackfruit, which looks beige in color and is not sweet at all. Please see my jackfruit rendang to see a picture of unripe jackfruit.
I don't find adding ice cream and maple syrup necessary since it's already sweet enough, but feel free to add them to adjust!
