Storage and Meal Prep Instructions

Store your healthy matcha yogurt in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

For meal prepping/making larger batches, make a “concentrated” matcha yogurt first. So for example, if you’re tripling the recipe, you would then need 3 cups yogurt with 3 teaspoons of matcha powder and 6 teaspoons of liquid sweetner.

So first combine 1 cup of yogurt with 3 teaspoons of matcha powder. Whisk until smooth, then mix in 6 teaspoons of liquid sweetener. Add this mixture to the remaining 2 cups of plain yogurt and stir well. It’s easier to blend this way!

Bright, vibrant green matcha is best. Try to avoid yellow-ish green matcha which indicates that it’s of a lower quality. Culinary-grade matcha is the most affordable option, followed by latte-grade, and then ceremonial-grade being the most premium quality.
